VEDRANA IVČEVIĆ

On the threshold of my fiftieth birthday I realized that I had gathered a lot of useful knowledge and that I had overcome many challenging experiences, both in business and my private life. Since all this knowledge and experience goes beyond my current needs, it only makes sense to share it with others who can benefit from it.

Moreover, those with whom I want to share it are able to pass it on, and spread positive change to people they come in touch with. In this way, by consciously participating in the creation, we can all hope that we are going to leave behind a slightly better world than it is now.

All services listed on this website are a synthesis of thirty years of intensive education, business ventures and personal growth and transformation.

Those who know me can confirm that I dive Scorpio-deep into every new life challenge and that I give 100 % to each new project. For those who don’t know me:

  • Education

    I graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb, majoring in Accounting and Business Finance.

  • 1996.

    I started my first private business, the very successful Fitness Club ST-fit, in Split, with my ex-husband.

  • 2002.

    I became a Regional Retail Manager for Dalmatia at Magma d.d.

  • 2003.

    I became a Brand Manager for Reebok at Wulfsport d.o.o.

  • 2007.

    I went back into entrepreneurship and started V.I.P. Consulting, my own company. I did many business training projects in Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The main programs were: communication skills, sales training, leadership and train the trainer. I worked with brands such as Peugeot, Calvin Klein, Lacoste, Esprit, Tom Tailor, etc.

  • 2011.

    I discovered shiatsu for horses and enrolled in the Diploma Course in England.

  • 2014.

    I became the first equine shiatsu practitioner in Croatia and since then, in cooperation with The School of Equine Shiatsu, I have been organizing and teaching Foundation Courses and Diploma Courses. www.shiatsuzakonje.com

  • 2016.

    I became the president of the Udruga U Šumi association, and since then I have coordinated its work, as well as different projects. www.udrugausumi.hr

During all this time, I have been investing time and money in my education, with the emphasis on personal growth and development. I believe that business success makes sense only if it is accompanied by personal growth and contentment, improvement in life quality and if it manifests in positive changes in one’s own environment, family, relationships with friends, colleagues and clients.

There is no need nor space to list all the training and experience I have had, but I would like to highlight two important things. Horses, which are my great passion and great teachers. And the Presence Process (the book by Michael Brown), which I’ve been through eight times so far.
