Yin & yang exercises are a good way to introduce exercise into your daily routine. If you are inclined towards Eastern methods and philosophy, exercises based on the principles of the 5 elements are a good choice for you!
Yin & yang exercises are light
and simple physical exercises that:

They consist of:
Relaxation exercises
Breathing exercises
Energy activation exercises

In this package you are going to get two sets of exercises… one that is a bit more yin, and another a bit more yang.
Yin exercises are less intense, more passive, soothing, performed on the floor and on a chair. The complete sequence lasts 30 minutes.
Yang exercises are somewhat more intense (but not too intense), more active, awakening and are performed in a standing position. The complete sequence lasts 40 minutes.

If you have enough time, you can perform the entire set of exercises.
If you don’t have enough time, you can choose one or two segments, depending on what suits you best.
